The MO BUS service is operated by Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT), a government-formed company that provides public transportation in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri. The MO BUS App, developed by CRUT, is a user-friendly application that allows users to access bus services under the "MO BUS" brand. The app provides convenient features to assist commuters, such as locating nearby bus stops and accessing real-time bus information. By using the app, users can easily identify their current location and find the closest bus stops within a 500-meter radius. It also offers navigation to the nearest bus stop, along with an estimated walking time. Furthermore, the app includes a comprehensive list of upcoming bus routes from nearby stops, enabling commuters to select their preferred route based on their destination.

MO Pass Online:

• Facilitating online ticket and pass purchases using digital payment methods
• Allowing users to book tickets for any desired route and obtain passes for a specific period or pre-determined route
• Step-by-step process: choose the route, specify the number of passengers, and make payment via available digital payment options.

The tickets and passes are issued as QR codes with predefined validity periods. After this duration expires, they cannot be used. Commuters are advised to purchase online QR-coded tickets according to their travel needs and bus route timings.
